First Timers Program
Never been on a racetrack before? Nervous about going onto the track for the first time? Here at Phillip Island Ride Days we understand that the first time on the racetrack can be pretty daunting, so we’ve come up with a program to make you feel a little more comfortable.

This program provides help and advice from undoubtedly the best on-track riding coaches in the world... at no extra cost! On the day a trained riding coach from our good friends at the Superbike School will be there to assist with all the little questions that might be getting your attention like; what tyre pressure do I run?; what is the on-track etiquette for overtaking?; how can I stay safe and still enjoy the limits of my bike? They’ll even offer to ride in front of you (as a group) at the beginning of the day and give you a one-on-one instructional session in the pit area that is taken directly from Keith Codes world renowned training system.

The riding coach will have a special briefing with you prior to your first on-track session, and then after your first riding session, as well as being available for questions throughout the day. If you would like to be a part of this program, simply inform us when you book your event, make sure you’ve completed the sign-in process on the day as early as possible and ask the staff where the riding coach is located as sign-on.

NOTE - this in no way, shape or form replaces a day with the Superbike School and aside from the instructional session in the pit area, riding instruction is not included as part of the program.
