When you book your Phillip Island Ride Day (either by phone or via the website), you will be asked which of the graded groups best suit your riding skill and / or speed. If you are at the least bit unsure as to what group you are best suited to, one of our friendly telephone staff will assist you in making that decision by either asking you questions as you book via phone, or calling you back if you checked the 'not sure' box on your booking form via the website. Full payment is required to secure your position at a Phillip Island Ride Day. This can be done via Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa. If you are unable to pay via this method, a facility is available for cheque or money order, however positions are not held until payment is received. After securing your opportunity to attend a Phillip Island Ride Day, you will receive a confirmation letter either via email or in the post. This confirmation outlines all the policies and procedures that relate to the event you are booked to attend, lets you know exactly what we expect of you and your equipment, and also lets you know what you can expect from us. Please read this information carefully to ensure you are clear on what is required of you. If there are any questions, please be sure to contact us prior to the event so we can clarify any points necessary. Within this confirmation is some paperwork which must be filled in and returned to us. By having the bulk of the paperwork done prior to the event, it allows us to get you registered, signed in and scrutineered much quicker on the morning of your Phillip Island Ride Day. After all, on the day you don't really want to be bothered with endless queues and piles of paperwork... you just want to ride... right? We thought so...
